Southern Maverick, LLC, an independently owned company based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, controls the business information submitted through this website. Our hosting, database, Wix automation, and email providers process information on our behalf to operate the intake workflow.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to submit, including your name, company, business email, phone number, preferred contact method, project or trade category, project location or service area, timing, readiness, and the description you provide. We also create a submission reference, workflow status, consent record, and submission timestamp.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, payment-card data, medical information, passwords, government identification, W-9 forms, insurance certificates, or other sensitive documents through the public intake form.
3. How we use information
- Review and respond to project and trade-partner requests.
- Assess scope, geography, timing, capacity, and potential fit.
- Route authorized information to our Wix communication and automation system.
- Maintain operational records, prevent abuse, and protect the website.
- Send marketing messages only when a visitor separately chooses the applicable optional consent.
4. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by our website hosting and database providers, Wix automation tools, and email or communication providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of an authorized business transaction. Southern Maverick does not sell personal information submitted through this intake form.
5. Retention
New or declined intake records that do not become an active business relationship are scheduled for removal after 24 months. Qualified, routed, contracted, financial, safety, warranty, dispute, and project records may be retained longer when reasonably required for operations, agreements, insurance, accounting, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Temporary anti-abuse identifiers are one-way hashed, used only for a rolling 15-minute submission limit, and removed during routine intake maintenance.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections, restricted owner access, server-side authorization, input limits, anti-bot controls, and protected environment secrets. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not place sensitive credentials or documents in the public form.
7. Your choices
You may ask Southern Maverick to provide, correct, or delete intake information, subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements. Use the dedicated Privacy Request form. We will also address copies maintained in connected systems where applicable.
Optional marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time. Text recipients may reply STOP; email recipients may use the available unsubscribe mechanism. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent communications required to address an active request or project.
8. Changes
We may update this notice as the platform and applicable requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies the version associated with new consent records.
